Meet the Team

Rishabh leads Sovereign's commercial direction, client relationships, and operations. He spent seven years delivering complex, safety-critical programmes inside a FTSE 100 defence and aerospace manufacturer, where accountability is not a value statement but a daily discipline, and where commercial rigour and structured governance are the difference between a programme that delivers and one that does not. He holds a First Class BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Surrey and the APM Project Management Qualification, alongside Lean Six Sigma and CPIM accreditations. He founded Sovereign to bring that same standard of delivery to facade engineering: every engagement scoped clearly, priced transparently, and owned from start to finish.

Jagadeeswaran leads Sovereign's technical delivery, and is the reason the engineering stands up. He holds an MSc in Facade Engineering from UWE Bristol, the UK's only dedicated postgraduate programme in the field, together with a Bachelor of Architecture, and is a member of the Society of Facade Engineering. Across seven years and projects on four continents, he has engineered the full range of the discipline: fire-rated and unitised curtain walling, structural glazing, thermal performance, and the calculations and fabrication-ready drawings that turn a design into a built facade. He works to UK and European standards as a matter of habit, and brings a designer's eye as well as an engineer's discipline to every project.

Naveen builds the machinery that lets the rest of the team focus on engineering. He leads Sovereign's operations and digital functions, from systems and processes to the firm's digital presence. He holds an MBA from Westminster Business School and a Bachelor of Architecture, and has co-founded and run an organisation from the ground up, taking ownership of operations, budgeting, and compliance. That mix of entrepreneurial experience and an architectural grounding means he understands both how to run a business well and the design world Sovereign's clients work in.

Kalpana brings a quarter of a century of engineering leadership to Sovereign's governance. Across the UK, UAE, USA, and India she has led structural and BIM engineering teams of over 350 engineers and technicians, delivering structural design, reinforced concrete detailing, and BIM coordination on major programmes spanning high-rise residential, stadiums, high-speed rail, and Olympic infrastructure. A published contributor to two widely referenced structural engineering manuals, she advises Sovereign on quality assurance, delivery standards, and the governance that keeps a growing consultancy disciplined as it scales.
